About Natalie
Natalie obtained her circuit civil mediator certification in 2015. She founded Paz Mediation in 2016 and has since conducted over 1000 mediations. Prior to starting Paz Mediation, Natalie practiced throughout the state of Florida in civil trial liability matters arising from premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability, first and third-party property claims, HOA disputes, catastrophic injury, negligent security, and many areas in which she now mediates.
In addition to her mediation practice, Ms. Paskiewicz also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). She has served as the sole arbitrator on numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations, as well as the chair on a panel. She is an active Executive Council member and Officer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of The Florida Bar and active in the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
Natalie is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers, FL, where she received a scholarship to play on the women’s golf team. While attending law school at Stetson, she gained experience in-house with Minor League Baseball, formerly headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, worked for well-known TV personality, Judge Judy, and clerked for a Sixth Judicial Circuit Judge.
